Who we are
Gloucestershire Roof Cleaning Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17303933. Contact: contact@gloucestershireroofcleaning.co.uk, 07555 141504.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are free and given without obligation. Prices are based on the information and access you give us and on what we can see from photos, video or an in-person visit; if the job turns out to be materially different once we're on site (for example hidden damage, unexpected access issues, or a much larger area than described), we'll always agree any change in price with you before continuing.
Payment
We don't take deposits. Payment is due once the work is complete and you're happy with it, by the method agreed at booking.
Our guarantee
Roof cleans carried out by us come with a 2-year moss-free guarantee, on the terms confirmed at the time of your quote. This is a workmanship guarantee from us and doesn't affect your other legal rights.
Cancelling a booking
If you agree to book work with us without meeting in person first (for example, entirely by phone, email or our website), you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As a matter of course, we're also happy to let you cancel or reschedule any booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the work is due to start — just contact us. If you're unsure how the cancellation rules apply to your particular booking, you're welcome to ask us, or seek independent advice.
Insurance and liability
We carry £5m public liability insurance and £10m employers' liability insurance. Certificates are available on request before any job starts. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Complaints
If anything about our work isn't right, please contact us first so we can put it right — email contact@gloucestershireroofcleaning.co.uk or call 07555 141504.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
