What data we collect
- When you request a quote or contact us via our website form — name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the property or service you're enquiring about.
- When you submit an enquiry via a Facebook or Instagram lead form (Meta Lead Ads) — the same categories of information, passed to us by Meta and added to our customer system. Meta's own privacy policy covers that initial collection; this policy covers what we do with it afterwards.
- When you call or email us directly — a record of that call or email, so we can respond to and act on your enquiry.
- When you use our website — technical data such as IP address and browser/device type, and, only where you've given consent via our cookie banner, advertising and analytics identifiers. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
- When you become a customer — booking details, quote and invoice records, and any notes relevant to carrying out and being paid for the work.
Why we use your data, and our lawful basis

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share your data with
- Cloudflare — hosts our website and the form pipeline that temporarily holds submissions before they reach our customer system
- IONOS SE — hosts the server our customer management system runs on, and provides our business email
- Google — Google Ads conversion tracking, including limited matching of your email/phone for ad measurement, and Google Analytics — both only with your consent
- Microsoft — Clarity session-recording analytics, only with your consent
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — provides our lead-generation adverts and passes on enquiry details you submit via those ads
Some of these providers are based in or transfer data to the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by UK-recognised safeguards such as the UK-US Data Bridge or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that don't turn into a booking — up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymised.
- Customer and job records (quotes, invoices, bookings) — up to 6 years after the work is completed, in line with our accounting obligations and to cover our 2-year moss-free guarantee.
- Analytics and advertising data — per the relevant provider's own retention; see our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
